Last night our very own Jess Latham went LIVE with THE Ken Fulk on Instagram. For the past twenty-five years, Ken has been inspiring the world over with his luxurious interiors and epic talk-about-them-for-the-next-month parties and has just re-launched his site with the oh-so-perfect tag line of “Fulk It.” (Hint: you can download a coloring book off of his site based on his interior designs and we HIGHLY recommend it.)

Not only did Ken inspire us to celebrate even the small moments in life (his self-professed mantra is “every moment matters”), and give us the idea to throw a wig-themed party (!!), but he also gave us a phenomenal tour of the Saint Joseph’s Arts Society, a society he founded in 2018 to elevate the shared human experience through cultivation of art and design, conversation and creativity.
Did we mention said society is housed in a revitalized church?! The tour did not disappoint and left us all gasping for the moment we can visit San Francisco and be inspired by wandering under those domes.

For those wondering how you can get some inspiration from Saint Joseph’s and support their vision while still in quarantine, as Ken mentioned in the Live, they are shipping out Assouline books and Buly grooming products. If interested, email info@saintjosephsartssociety.com. And of course follow Ken Fulk and Saint Joseph’s Arts Society on Instagram here and here.
Final -- and possibly most unexpected -- takeaway, Jess unknowingly gave us all our cocktail of choice for the weekend. It’s her twist on a Texan specialty called Ranch Water, which is tequila, Topo Chico and lime. Her version is aptly named a Dirty Rancher and consists of Añejo (aged tequila), Topo Chico and lime!
Cheers to that! We hope you all find a moment to celebrate this weekend and you can watch Jess and Ken's conversation HERE on our IGTV.
