While some have punted their wedding to 2021, others can't wait a second longer, and have proceeded full steam ahead ... on Zoom! It might seem daunting at first, but pulling off a Zoom wedding is possible and can be just as rewarding. It just takes a little planning, and a little mute button TLC!
1. Use Paperless Post to send out your invitations.
This is a virtual wedding so you might as well get your guests accustomed to the virtual proceedings and use Paperless Post to help you track all attendees and send them messages (ahem, instructions) as needed on the Zoom proceedings.
2. Book a Multi-Home Package!
While your guests might be spread out across the country, make them feel connected with the same table setting, so you can all gather around "one table," wherever you may be! Four of us enjoyed a Multi-Home dinner a few weeks ago and felt closer than ever...
3. Use your mute button.
Yes, the host can mute everyone else, and absolutely should during the ceremony and during those toasts afterwards.

4. The Zoom host is the natural Zoom Wedding MC.
And if that person is you, be sure to have a solid understanding of the run of show and a plan for seamless transitions between speakers and all of the special moments. Lastly, don't forget to hit the record button on Zoom so the couple and their guests can relieve the big day long after the "I do's" have been said!

5. Send guests off with a playlist.
Just before you click "End Meeting for All" we suggest sending through a playlist link (we've got you covered!) in the chat function so guests can continue to toast and celebrate you for the rest of the day or night.
