WHY WE LOVE IT: Chef Davis Barzelay began Lazy Bear out of his apartment in 2009 before expanding to exclusive pop-up dinner parties in secret warehouses. (Sign us up!) In 2014, Lazy Bear made a more permanent foray into the San Francisco dining scene with the Mission District location, where the community and quirks have certainly remained the same. With 2 Michelin stars, Lazy Bear is top of our SF bucket list!
