Throughout this holiday season we are sharing stories of Small Gatherings, Big Moments that would not be possible without an LG QuadWash™ Dishwasher with TrueSteam® because sparkling clean plates are the anchor of any beautifully set table.

Today we are thrilled to introduce you to the veggie queen, Nicole Berrie, and share her Small Gathering, Big Feast. Nicole is the founder of Bonberi.com and Bonberi Mart in the West Village. She is a busy mom of two who puts plant-based nourishment at the center of every meal.
Which is why when we asked what her Small Gathering, Big Moment is this holiday season, she expressed her love of a Vegan Friendsgiving -- with both the food and the friends providing nourishment around a beautifully set table! Of course, none of this would be possible without her LG QuadWash™ Dishwasher with TrueSteam® -- her partner in the kitchen for stylish entertaining, cooking, and spotless cleanup.
Here a few tips from Nicole about how she plans a great Friendsgiving!
1. Have a Vegan Thanksgiving
One of my favorite ways to entertain is to create a smorgasbord of beautiful vegetable, salad and grain sides for friends to pick and choose for Friendsgiving. In my opinion, the best part of Thanksgiving is the sides! All you need is some beautiful roast winter squash or potatoes, a nutty grain salad and gorgeous fresh greens to set a beautiful table. I'm so grateful for my LG QuadWash that makes cleaning all the dishes a cinch.

2. Keep it Simple
I love setting an elegant dinner table but always making the dishes approachable, homey and comforting. A simple meal always makes guests feel comfortable and at home. All you need is some fun, perky dipping sauces and herb chutneys that make dining an experience and memory that your guests won't forget. I like to pile lettuce leaves, nori sheets and other wrapping tools so guests can get in on the fun and make their own wraps, which may inspire them to do the same at home!

3. Have Your Guests Help With the Dishes
One of the most daunting things about hosting a dinner party is the clean-up. I love my LG QuadWash because it's like another helper in the kitchen, making clean-up fast and without worry.

But don't leave it up to you! Have guests help bring in dishes into the kitchen and set up dessert on the counter so they can snack on something sweet and linger by the kitchen. The most fun conversation goes down there anyway!

With that we also wanted to provide a fun little recipe from Nicole, in partnership with LG Dishwashers, to encourage everyone to gather and celebrate this upcoming holiday season.
